<p>Noël est dans quelques jours déjà. Cette période est souvent épuisante car on court partout, alors j&rsquo;espère que vous prenez un peu de temps pour penser à vous et vous reposer afin de profiter un maximum des fêtes qui s&rsquo;annoncent.</p>
<p>Pour la recette du calendrier du jour, j&rsquo;aimerais vous proposer une fois de plus une recette de flan. J&rsquo;ai préparé un praliné cacahuètes il y a plusieurs mois de cela et j&rsquo;ai A-DO-RÉ ! Je me suis directement demandé ce que je pouvais en faire, et j&rsquo;ai pensé au flan.</p>
<p>J&rsquo;ai conçu ce flan autour de la cacahuète, et c&rsquo;est un délice. Il me restait dans mon armoire de la pâte de cacahuète (100%, pas du beurre de cacahuète) ainsi que du caramel au beurre salé. Ca m&rsquo;a semblé idéal pour associer tous ces éléments.</p>
<p>Comme pour chaque flan, j&rsquo;aime prévoir du temps pour les temps de repos au frais ou au froid. C&rsquo;est souvent difficile d&rsquo;attendre, mais je sais que le résultat sera au rendez-vous. Quand vous voyez la photo d&rsquo;illustration avec ce praliné coulant, ne me dites pas que ça ne vous donne pas envie. Vous mentiriez 😉</p>
<p>Une autre possibilité (si vous le désirez) serait de remplacer la pâte de cacahuète dans l&rsquo;appareil par des cuillères à soupe de praliné cacahuètes. Je n&rsquo;ai pas testé, mais cela pourrait être extrêmement bon aussi. A voir cependant si l&rsquo;équilibre en sucre persiste ou s&rsquo;il faut diminuer un peu la quantité de sucre dans l&rsquo;appareil.</p>
<p>Je m&rsquo;en retourne à mes derniers préparatifs car Noël n&rsquo;est pas encore là, et il se pourrait que vous voyez encore une ou deux recettes apparaître.</p>

<p><p>Nouvelle recette pour ce calendrier, et pas des moindres. La recette DU praliné noisettes qui vous fera voyager jusqu&rsquo;au paradis. Il a non seulement ce côté réconfortant qu&rsquo;on aime, mais cette petite pointe de sel en fin de bouche vous achèvera de plaisir.</p>
<p>Cette recette n&rsquo;est franchement pas compliquée ni longue à faire. J&rsquo;ai longtemps retarder le moment où je préparerais mon premier praliné car ça me semblait être un des grands défis insurmontables de la pâtisserie. Un jour, n&rsquo;y tenant plus (et parce que je n&rsquo;en trouvais pas en magasin), je me suis mis derrière les fourneaux et j&rsquo;ai essayé une recette. Déjà, le premier choc en goûtant le praliné. Comme c&rsquo;était bon ! Le deuxième choc est arrivé par la suite, en réalisant à quel point c&rsquo;était simple à préparer.</p>
<p>« Simple » peut être relatif, j&rsquo;en conviens&#8230; Déjà, il vous faut disposer d&rsquo;un matériel approprié pour mixer vos noisettes et votre caramel pour en faire un praliné. J&rsquo;ai grillé 3 petits hachoirs à mes débuts. Hum. J&rsquo;ai aujourd&rsquo;hui un food processor que j&rsquo;utilise pour cela et qui fonctionne à merveille. En même pas une minute, le praliné noisettes est mixé et liquide.</p>
<p>Ensuite, il vous faut aussi maîtriser le caramel à sec. C&rsquo;est une petite quantité de sucre et c&rsquo;est donc moins galère qu&rsquo;un caramel avec 200 grammes de sucre, mais ça peut en inquiéter certain(e)s. Si vous procéder en 3 étapes, tout devrait se faire facilement et naturellement.</p>
<p>Essayez donc cette recette sans plus tarder, c&rsquo;est à se taper le cul par terre :-p Vous voudrez en utiliser plus souvent dans vos gâteaux et, surtout, vous voudrez tester aussi des pralinés avec d&rsquo;autres fruits secs. J&rsquo;ai justement une recette de praliné aux noix de pécan postée il y a quelques temps. Si le cœur vous en dit&#8230;</p>

<p>Une fois n&rsquo;est pas coutume, je vous propose une recette au chocolat, avec du chocolat et agrémenté de chocolat 😀 Oui, bon, je vous l&rsquo;accorde : avec quelques noisettes.</p>
<p>Durant la première semaine des vacances de la Toussaint, nous avons accueilli des amis de Poitiers. Ils sont restés quelques jours chez nous et nous en avons profité pour nous détendre. Nous avons par exemple été à la convention FACTS (Gent), une convention pour les fans de science-fiction, animés et fantasy. Nous les avons emmenés au restaurant Kafei Louise pour leur faire tester les fluffy pancakes japonais (une tuerie!). Il ne faut pas oublier le repos dans tout cela ^_^ Nous avons donc regardé plusieurs films d&rsquo;horreur à l&rsquo;aise dans le canapé (dont Esther et Esther 2), nous avons regardé Le Meilleur Pâtisser spécial Halloween avec un bingo préparé par nos soins (on a bien ri!) et, surtout, nous avons joué à plusieurs jeux de société. Je retiens nos parties aux jeux « Les Montagnes Hallucinées », « Tribute, jouez avec le diable », mais surtout « For the story &#8211; Audimat ». De grands moments de plaisir !</p>
<p>Marina, notre amie de Poitiers, fêtait son anniversaire le lundi, et pas n&rsquo;importe lequel : ses 30 ans. Je lui ai évidemment proposé de préparer un gâteau rien que pour elle avec les goûts qu&rsquo;elle voulait. Elle a demandé du chocolat et des noisettes. J&rsquo;ai donc réfléchi à un gâteau gourmand et rempli de textures, sans demander des heures de boulot (la fin de période était chargée niveau boulot). J&rsquo;ai donc pensé à un biscuit brownie, un croustillant praliné, une mousse au chocolat et un glaçage rocher. Quand je le lui ai proposé, elle semblait ravie, sans vous parler de sa réaction pour le praliné.</p>
<p>Vous trouverez donc les différentes étapes pour la réalisation de ce gâteau. Pas de grosses difficultés ici si vous avez l&rsquo;équipement adéquat, prévoyez tout de même une bonne après-midi pour réaliser l&rsquo;entremets à votre aise. Vous pouvez le faire en avance et, le jour J, le sortir du congélateur, réaliser le glaçage rocher et le laisser gentiment revenir à température au frigo.</p>

<p>Il y a peu, je disais à Johanna -ma sœur jumelle presque biologique- qu&rsquo;il me manquait encore une recette pour ce calendrier de l&rsquo;avent. Comme vous l&rsquo;avez vous, il y a des recettes faciles qui côtoient les recettes plus longues, mais la gourmandise reste le mot clef. Elle m&rsquo;a conseillé une recette qui, il faut l&rsquo;avouer, est de la balle.</p>
<p>Ce n&rsquo;est que la deuxième fois que je prépare du gianduja, mais je me souviens de la première comme si c&rsquo;était hier. Je me suis extasié à chaque bouchée tellement la noisette et le chocolat se répondaient parfaitement et procuraient une douce sensation tout au fond de moi. Merci à Johanna de m&rsquo;avoir fait repenser à ce gianduja car, à présent, je ne peux que vous conseiller, non, vous supplier de réaliser cette recette très rapidement. Si vous disposez du moule chocogianduia de Silikomart, vous aurez la taille idéale pour en faire une mignardise post-repas de Noël.</p>
<p>De plus, cette recette est prête en une vingtaine de minutes, elle demande peu d&rsquo;ingrédients et de manipulations. Parfait, n&rsquo;est-ce pas ?</p>

<p>Je vous propose une recette de cookies qui est la recette des cookies APTG. APTG? Kezako? Il s&rsquo;agit simplement de l&rsquo;abréviation pour « A Place To Geek ».</p>
<p>Il y a quelques années, j&rsquo;avais vu passer une pub sur le net qui parlait d&rsquo;une semaine de vacances totalement geeks dans le sud de la France. Mon chéri et moi, on a voulu tester car c&rsquo;était l&rsquo;occasion de rencontrer d&rsquo;autres geeks et de découvrir plein de nouveaux jeux. Nous n&rsquo;avons pas été déçus. Tellement pas que nous y sommes retournées plusieurs années de suite et y avons fait la connaissance de personnes adorables qui sont devenues des amis aujourd&rsquo;hui. Même si nous n&rsquo;habitons pas dans le même pays, on communique souvent ensemble grâce aux réseaux et on essaie de se voir très souvent.</p>
<p>Durant les sessions de jeux, on profitait des pauses pour aller acheter plein de cookies et se goinfrer tout le reste de la journée. Du coup, au retour de vacances, c&rsquo;était la déprime quand on n&rsquo;avait plus notre dose de sucre. Heureusement, j&rsquo;ai reçu la recette et je peux la préparer de temps en temps, quand la nostalgie se fait trop forte.</p>
<p>Si vous aimez les cookies aux bords croustillants et au cœur moelleux, ceux-ci vont vous plaire. Je les agrémente d&rsquo;un peu de praliné aux noix de pécan et de noisettes torréfiées pour plus de gourmandise, mais des tas de combinaisons sont possibles.</p>
