<p>Comment allez-vous en cette journée particulièrement froide ? Il faisait -6°C ce matin au réveil. Hum. Moi qui aime la chaleur, ce fut particulièrement difficile. Heureusement, c&rsquo;est bon pour la nature et avec l&rsquo;été qu&rsquo;on a connu, ça fait sans aucun doute du bien à la végétation.</p>
<p>Aujourd&rsquo;hui, j&rsquo;ai voulu vous proposer une recette aux épices qu&rsquo;on aime tant. Une amie est partie en France durant les vacances de la Toussaint et m&rsquo;a ramené des nonnettes. Je ne connaissais que de nom mais n&rsquo;avais jamais goûté. Miam !</p>
<p>Lorsque j&rsquo;ai réfléchi à quelques idées pour le calendrier, j&rsquo;ai repensé à cette petite gourmandise moelleuse. Je suis parti à la recherche de recettes, j&rsquo;ai testé et elle a approuvé. Voici donc la recette de ces petits pains d&rsquo;épice fourrés à la marmelade d&rsquo;orange&#8230; mais n&rsquo;hésitez pas à utiliser une autre confiture (ou même un caramel) selon les envies.</p>
<p>Selon le moule que vous utiliserez, cela risque de coller. Si votre moule est en silicone, pas de problème. Si ce n&rsquo;est pas le cas, je vous conseille de beurrer et fariner votre moule avant d&rsquo;y déposer la pâte. Vous pouvez aussi utiliser des petits papiers à muffins pour éviter ce problème, mais la forme ne sera pas ronde alors. A vous de choisir ce que vous préférez 😉</p>
<p>Cette recette est rapide à préparer et, selon les épices et le miel utilisés, le goût variera. Faites-vous plaisir, essayez, taguez-moi sur les réseaux et je suis certain que vous serez conquis par ces nonnettes.</p>

<p>Je constate que je n&rsquo;ai plus rien posté depuis fin juin alors que je suis en vacances depuis début juillet. Quelle honte. Pour ma défense, j&rsquo;ai pu profiter d&rsquo;une grosse semaine près de la Dune du Pilat (juste avant les dramatiques incendies) et de quelques jours à la mer du Nord. Même si j&rsquo;ai préparé deux ou trois pâtisseries, j&rsquo;ai aussi fait d&rsquo;autres choses, comme des pauses lecture, je me suis remis à Final Fantasy 7 remake ou je continue de jouer à Ni No Kuni Crossworlds. Bref, un été sous le signe de la détente en plus des chaleurs extrêmes.</p>
<p>Deux cocktails m&rsquo;ont accompagné durant ces dernières semaines : le Negroni et le Cosmopolitan. Si vous suivez mon compte Instagram, vous aurez déjà vu la photo (et la recette) de ce cocktail italien au goût un peu amer, mais qui est fort goûteux. Une idée folle m&rsquo;a traversé l&rsquo;esprit il y a peu : et si je pouvais profiter de ce cocktail tout en ayant la fraicheur d&rsquo;une glace ? Ou d&rsquo;un sorbet tiens? Et PAF, j&rsquo;ai testé une recette. Et PAF, ce que c&rsquo;était bon ! Je ne résiste donc pas au plaisir de la partager avec vous.</p>
<p>Pour les amateurs de cocktails  parmi vous, vous constaterez qu&rsquo;il y a du jus d&rsquo;orange dans la recette (ce qui donne aussi cette couleur orangée). Si je n&rsquo;avais mis que de l&rsquo;alcool, ça n&rsquo;aurait pas été possible. J&rsquo;ai donc opté pour l&rsquo;orange car ce fruit convient parfaitement bien avec les saveurs du Negroni.</p>
<p>L&rsquo;été se termine peu à peu, mais pensez déjà aux fêtes de fin d&rsquo;année. Pourquoi ne pas en préparer comme « trou normand » ou apéritif, tiens ? 😀</p></div>

<p>Si vous me connaissez ou que vous me suivez depuis un certain temps, vous saurez que je suis un grand fan de Mary Berry. Cela fait plusieurs années que je suis ce qu&rsquo;elle fait et je trouve qu&rsquo;elle donne un sérieux crochet du droit à l&rsquo;idée (au stéréotype?) disant que la cuisine anglaise est répugnante.</p>
<p>Mary Berry a sorti de nombreux livres de cuisine dans lesquels elle revisite des classiques, mais s&rsquo;imprègne aussi des tendances actuelles pour en faire une version « familiale ». C&rsquo;est surtout cela qui m&rsquo;intéresse : ses recettes sont claires, faciles, constituées d&rsquo;ingrédients qu&rsquo;on peut facilement trouver au magasin et avec beaucoup de goût.</p>
<p>J&rsquo;ai déjà préparé plusieurs de ses desserts et c&rsquo;est à chaque fois un succès. Je voulais donc vous proposer aujourd&rsquo;hui une recette simple mais excellente issue de son dernier livre « Love to Cook ». Je vous le conseille vivement, d&rsquo;ailleurs :-p</p>
<p>Cette tarte propose une pâte croustillante et une crème légère au goût fruité et acidulé de l&rsquo;orange et des fruits de la passion. Une vraie recette facile permettant de se faire plaisir sans passer des heures et des heures en cuisine. Un délice !</p>

<p>En ce 3e jour de mon calendrier de l&rsquo;Avent, je vous propose une recette de biscuits sablés au thé Earl Grey et aux agrumes. J&rsquo;ai utilisé des zestes d&rsquo;orange pour ma part, car ça fait très « Noël » à mes yeux, mais vous pourriez aussi bien utiliser du citron, de la mandarine, de la bergamote ou que sais-je encore.</p>
<p>Cette recette m&rsquo;a été donnée par mon tout premier invité qui a très gentiment accepté ma proposition : @cutie_honey_vivi . Si vous ne connaissez pas encore son compte Instagram, il est urgent d&rsquo;y faire un tour et de regarder ses magnifiques photos ! Elle y propose des photos culinaires colorées et aux goûts inspirés par le Japon, l&rsquo;Asie et la France. De plus, elle partage également plusieurs de ses recettes créatives sucrées et salées en post ou en story. Enfin, elle est extrêmement sympathique !</p>
<p>J&rsquo;ai donc préparé ces biscuits dans ma petite cuisine en utilisant quelques emporte-pièces de saison. Non seulement ils sont très faciles à confectionner, mais en plus ils sont parfaitement addictifs. Une fois le premier sablé avalé, ce délicieux goût de thé parfumé à l&rsquo;orange vous laissera un goût de trop peu&#8230; du coup vous ne pourrez pas résister. MIAM ! Je suis certain que ces biscuits vous enchanteront.</p>
