<p>Le soleil brille de mille feux depuis plusieurs jours à présent, et j&rsquo;espère que cela ne vous incommode pas trop. Le temps est splendide, mais nous serons toutes et tous ravis de revoir un peu de pluie, je pense. Ne serait-ce que pour nos plantations.</p>
<p>Comme mon chéri me le répète souvent : « Toi, tu n&rsquo;es pas toujours normal ». Et oui, avec ces chaleurs, j&rsquo;ai eu envie de me mettre en cuisine, d&rsquo;allumer le four et de préparer ces brioches qui me donnaient envie depuis des mois. Oui oui, des mois, je ne raconte pas n&rsquo;importe quoi. Regardez donc comme elles sont belles, et que cette chantilly et ces fruits vous font de l&rsquo;œil. Allez, avouez donc !</p>
<p>Pour mon anniversaire aujourd&rsquo;hui, j&rsquo;ai eu envie de vous faire un cadeau : la recette des maritozzi. Si vous aimez préparer des brioches, cela ne vous posera aucun souci. Si par contre vous n&rsquo;en avez jamais préparées, c&rsquo;est l&rsquo;occasion de vous y mettre tant la recette est facile.</p>
<p>Les proportions vous donneront 4 belles grosses brioches que vous pourrez garnir avec beaucoup, beaucoup de chantilly. Oui, je suis généreux en cuisine ! Vous pouvez préparer 6 plus petites brioches avec les mêmes proportions, mais le plaisir en serait moindre :p </p>

<p>Les recettes de granola maison fleurissent un peu partout sur le net et, il faut l&rsquo;avouer, c&rsquo;est vraiment simple à préparer. De plus, le granola associé à du yaourt et des fruits est le petit-déjeuner parfait pour bien débuter la journée et se donner plein de vitamines et de bonne humeur.</p>
<p>La recette que je vous propose est on ne peut plus simplissime et demande peu d&rsquo;ingrédients. Vous pouvez préparer les granola cups à l&rsquo;avance et les conserver au sec durant 2-3 jours sans le moindre problème. Il vous suffit de les garnir le matin au moment de la dégustation et c&rsquo;est prêt !</p>
<p>Comme souvent, cette recette permet de varier les plaisirs au gré des saisons : remplacez les fraises par un autre fruit, et ce sera tout aussi délicieux.</p>
<p>Cette recette est constituée de produits sains tels que les flocons d&rsquo;avoine, le sirop d&rsquo;agave ou des fruits frais. Dans le cadre d&rsquo;un granola plus traditionnel, je préfère utiliser une autre recette, mais celle-ci est parfaite pour donner la forme de coupelle aux cups et donner une certaine tenue à l&rsquo;ensemble.</p>
<p>Du craquant, de l&rsquo;onctueux et du frais. Le trio gagnant qui fera de vos petits-déjeuners un vrai moment gourmand !</p>

<p>J&rsquo;adoooooore les fruits rouges, et d&rsquo;aussi loin que je me souviens, il y a toujours eu des fraises dans le jardin de mes parents. Quel plaisir de pouvoir les cueillir et croquer dedans. C&rsquo;est sans doute pour cela que, si je devais choisir un fruit comme étant mon préféré, je désignerais de bonnes fraises sucrées.</p>
<p>Pour cette recette, j&rsquo;ai acheté des fraises belges au magasin du coin et j&rsquo;ai voulu les mettre à l&rsquo;honneur. J&rsquo;ai donc préparé une marmelade de fraises très simple. Vous pouvez y ajouter de la vanille ou même des herbes, à vous de l&rsquo;agrémenter selon votre gourmandise. Pour ma part, c&rsquo;est une marmelade de fraises avec un goût intense du fruit.</p>
<p>J&rsquo;ai utilisé la recette de pâte sucrée que j&rsquo;utilise souvent pour mes tartes et regardez comme elle est belle. Les motifs se voient parfaitement sur la tarte ! Vous pouvez la chablonner avec un peu de chocolat blanc si vous désirez la rendre un peu plus hermétique, mais j&rsquo;avoue que cette tarte a été préparée pour être dégustée une bonne heure plus tard.</p>
