<p>Comment se passe votre premier mois de l&rsquo;année ? C&rsquo;est une période qui nous permet souvent de nous reposer un peu, de lancer de nouveaux projets dans l&rsquo;ombre et d&rsquo;attendre que les graines que nous avons plantées viennent à la lumière. C&rsquo;est peut-être aussi une période gourmande qui vous permet de préparer de bons petits plats ou desserts pour vos proches&#8230;?</p>
<p>Ces derniers temps, j&rsquo;ai envie de chocolat. Celles et ceux qui me connaissent savent que je ne suis pas un grand dévoreur de chocolat. J&rsquo;aime bien en manger de temps en temps, mais les occasions sont plutôt rares. Est-ce dû à l&rsquo;hiver et au froid persistant ? Ou ai-je simplement envie d&rsquo;autres saveurs ? Tout ça pour dire que la recette du jour est une recette au chocolat&#8230; et je sais qu&rsquo;il y a de nombreux amateurs ici !</p>
<p>Aimez-vous un brownie bien moelleux ? Quand j&rsquo;en prépare (peu souvent, donc), j&rsquo;aime qu&rsquo;il soit encore tendre en son centre. Rien de pire qu&rsquo;un brownie trop sec ! Une recette fétiche que j&rsquo;ai est celle du chef Philippe Conticini. Son brownie est à tomber par terre tellement la consistance est PARFAITE. Et je vous en livre tous les secrets dans cette recette.</p>
<p>Je sais que je me répète mais cette recette est également à tester de toute urgence. Vous allez être conquis à la première bouchée et elle deviendra aussi très rapidement une recette fétiche.</p>

<p>Je vous propose une recette de cookies qui est la recette des cookies APTG. APTG? Kezako? Il s&rsquo;agit simplement de l&rsquo;abréviation pour « A Place To Geek ».</p>
<p>Il y a quelques années, j&rsquo;avais vu passer une pub sur le net qui parlait d&rsquo;une semaine de vacances totalement geeks dans le sud de la France. Mon chéri et moi, on a voulu tester car c&rsquo;était l&rsquo;occasion de rencontrer d&rsquo;autres geeks et de découvrir plein de nouveaux jeux. Nous n&rsquo;avons pas été déçus. Tellement pas que nous y sommes retournées plusieurs années de suite et y avons fait la connaissance de personnes adorables qui sont devenues des amis aujourd&rsquo;hui. Même si nous n&rsquo;habitons pas dans le même pays, on communique souvent ensemble grâce aux réseaux et on essaie de se voir très souvent.</p>
<p>Durant les sessions de jeux, on profitait des pauses pour aller acheter plein de cookies et se goinfrer tout le reste de la journée. Du coup, au retour de vacances, c&rsquo;était la déprime quand on n&rsquo;avait plus notre dose de sucre. Heureusement, j&rsquo;ai reçu la recette et je peux la préparer de temps en temps, quand la nostalgie se fait trop forte.</p>
<p>Si vous aimez les cookies aux bords croustillants et au cœur moelleux, ceux-ci vont vous plaire. Je les agrémente d&rsquo;un peu de praliné aux noix de pécan et de noisettes torréfiées pour plus de gourmandise, mais des tas de combinaisons sont possibles.</p>

				<div class="et_pb_text_inner"><p>L&rsquo;automne est une saison riche en ingrédients pour les passionnés de cuisine ou de pâtisserie. De plus, il y a de nombreuses occasions de faire la fête ou de faire plaisir à ses proches, alors pourquoi tenter d&rsquo;y résister ?</p>
<p>Un légume que j&rsquo;adore cuisiner est le potiron/potimarron. On le connait surtout pour la soupe, mais il existe tellement d&rsquo;autres possibilités, donc en pâtisserie. Depuis plusieurs années, je préparer une pumpkin pie durant le mois de novembre, mais je ne comprends pas pourquoi je n&rsquo;en fais qu&rsquo;une seule fois par an. Ce dessert est tellement onctueux, complexe en saveurs et apporte le réconfort des épices qui fait tellement de bien en cette période.</p>
<p>Un dessert que je fais très très très rarement, c&rsquo;est le cheesecake. Le fait que mon chéri ne soit pas un amateur de ce dessert joue sans doute, alors que je trouve que le Philadelphia (ou cream cheese) dans un dessert amène de l&rsquo;onctuosité qui fait du bien.</p>
<p>Pour une fois, j&rsquo;ai décidé d&rsquo;écouter mes envies plutôt que les goûts de mon partenaire, et me voilà donc avec cette recette qui associe cheesecake et pumpkin pie, le tout avec des noix de pécan&#8230; parce que c&rsquo;est trop bon !</p>
<p>Ce dessert peut être dégusté comme un cheesecake « traditionnel », voire même être préparé dans un moule rond. J&rsquo;ai voulu innover et proposer des portions individuelles, facilement transportables. De plus, j&rsquo;ai fait goûté ce plaisir sucré à de nombreuses personnes de mon entourage, et ça a été apprécié à l&rsquo;unanimité, dont une amie qui s&rsquo;est sentie frustrée après 2 parts et en aurait mangé bien plus. Je crois donc que vous pouvez suivre cette recette les yeux fermés, ça plaira à vos convives.</p>
